There is an exciting news and a bad news to the graduates in UK. According the recent research that companies in UK are going to increase the graduate jobs in UK to 11.8% this year. Graduates from the country has faced the toughest time because of the sharp decline in the graduate jobs for the past two years. Now they can see the light in the long dark road that things started to look better. But the bad news is the under graduates are going to compete with the jobless post graduates of the last two years. According to the High Fliers research several top banks and financial institutions which cut half of their graduate recruitment last year is going to hire more number of university leavers this year. This is really tremendous sign of recovery. But the competition is going to be tough since around 40% of the job applications received by these companies are from the graduates who couldn't find a job in 2009. The average pay for the graduates going to remain as £27,000 like 2009. The jobs in public sectors and armed forces are the popular choices this year because of the job stability that they offer.
