This is an entry level Operational Business Analyst position.

The Business Analysts are responsible for delivering a range of services to the business including Management Information, Project and Change Management, Business Process Performance Reviews, and Operational Controls.

The Operations team is central to the success of the Pay As You Go Energy division of British Gas, serving a growing customer base.
