The airline industry is a dynamic, exciting and challenging environment. To be successful, it is essential that an airline is financially fit and sustainable so that is it positioned to take market opportunities as they arise.

Their Finance Leaders for Business programme is designed to develop finance leaders for the future. They are looking to recruit high calibre individuals with the potential to develop a complete range of management and leadership capabilities. The programme will run for upto 3 years and includes a variety of placements.

All placements are real jobs, with real responsibility and accountability.

They will be across the finance function and you will have the opportunity to work in areas as varied as:-

- Internal Audit
- Treasury
- Financial Accounting
- Financial Control.

This will provide you with a breadth of experience across business areas and finance functions contributing to your portfolio of skills and experience. It will be your responsibility to fully exploit the wide range of development opportunities, from networking to formal training, available to you during your programme.
